GovCIO ("GovCIO," "GovCIO COMMANDLINK," "we," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of personally identifiable information collected when users access GovCIO COMMANDLINK services.

This shared language provides baseline privacy disclosures intended to support product-specific privacy policies for iOS, Android, and Web experiences.

Changes To This Privacy Policy

As our services evolve, we may update this Privacy Policy. The policy in effect at the time of use governs how information is handled.

If material changes are made, we will publish the revised policy and revised effective date.

GovCIO COMMANDLINK services are not intentionally directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will take steps to delete such information and terminate the child's account.
